Beautiful classic thatched cottage in the centre of a very friendly village.

This is the second time we have visited. Last time was in the winter when the cottage was warm and snug, we loved the underfloor heating! This time it was summer and the cottage was beautiful and airy. Lovely combinations inside of sunny and shady areas. Amazingly comfortable beds with lovely linen, blissfully peaceful bedrooms overlooking the sea. We appreciated the well designed and equipped kitchen and the proximity of a very friendly and imaginatively and comprehensively stocked village shop, literally just a stone”s throw away.

My favourite area was lying on the chaisse long in the “garden room” in the late afternoon sun. My husband’s was sitting at the kitchen table watching the boats bobbing in the harbour. We could have sat on the front terrace watching the harbour activity all day but the early evening sunshine drew us out most days to sit on the harbour wall to watch the sun go down with a drink in hand from the village pub. Perfect! We can’t wait for our next visit.

I would like to thank you for another wonderful stay at Corner Cottage, Coverack.

We stayed at your cottage last Christmas and it was fabulous. The Village itself was beautiful with all of the festivities and Christmas Lights it made it a truly magical stay for us.

Your cottage was so warm, inviting and had everything we could possible need and more.

The interiors and comfort of your cottage impressed us both so much that we decided we would take a summer break in this gorgeous authentic village as recommend to us by our friends last year.

Our stay this year was no different and we noticed a few changes you have made which just enhanced our stay.

Coverack is very special and its like something discovered by a select view yet it has no pretence. We loved being so close to the village stores and regularly popped in for a flat white and croissant for breakfast and we were accepted by the locals who involved us in their chat and all before walking on the beach. Having the delights of Elizabeths next door was a bonus although my waistline doesn’t think so not to mention a short walk to the pub and a couple of restaurants all within easy walking distance which his knibs liked tremendously plus we never had a problem parking which was also a big bonus for us.

Thank you, we will be back

A Lovely, comfortable cottage with every amenity you could wish for. Everything has been thought of, even down to the welcome Pack which contained local produce, it kept us going for a couple of days.
Centrally located to all the village amenities, 5 minutes walk to the local pub and corner shop. Plenty of places to grab lunch or dinner. The harbour and beach is just across the road.
Loved the little touches of organic toiletries in the bathroom and quality bed linen and towels.

The owner also put together a list of places to visit and restaurants which we found really helpful.
We’ll definitely be returning.

Corner Cottage is perfectly positioned on the sea front in the charming village of Coverack. It has been creatively restored and furnished to a high standard by the owner. Endless coastal walks, a neighbouring sculpture park and fabulous local restaurants make for a very enjoyable stay.

We usually holiday in St. Mawes but thought we’d try Coverack as I had been recommended by friends and family. Corner Cottage is the most adorable holiday home we’ve ever stayed in. The furnishings and interior design are exquisite. The cottage is very comfortable and relaxing. The view is stunning and changes throughout the course of the day, with the light and the tide. The photographs, for a change, show a true representation of this holiday home.
